Terms and Conditions of Sale 

By purchasing on easygadgets-gh.shop, you agree to the following terms:

1. Products: All our products are new, tested, and verified before delivery.

2. Orders: Orders are confirmed once payment or Cash on Delivery confirmation is received.

3. Delivery:

   • Deliveries are available within Accra only, within a maximum of 24 hours.

   • For locations outside Accra, customers must contact us via WhatsApp to arrange special delivery.

4. Payment Methods:

   • Cash on Delivery (COD)

   • Mobile Money / Bank Transfer (available upon request)

5. Prices: Prices are shown in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS) and may vary depending on stock and promotions.

6. Returns & Refunds:

   • Returns are accepted within 3 days only if the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

   • Products must be in their original packaging.

   • Refunds or replacements will be processed after inspection.

7. Liability:
   EasyGadgets-GH is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
